We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.
